If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go to My Account and contact us for a return.
15 days return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and in the state you received them with it original packing intact and in un-use condition.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging and/or including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the products. Failure to do so will result in your application for returns being rejected.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will do a refund only after we received the return items and inspected by the fulfilment centres (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
